Heh heh, A good strong whip action and the top floor goes flying. I loled at the thought of an entire ritzy apt becoming a frizbee. I wonder if this concept would work.

dont see how this would move as fast, as wouldn't it require a ridiculous amount of power, also with regards to Dubai being near the ocean where a lot of strong winds to occur, wouldn't the wind have an effect on the structure and aerodynamics ?
